When running the initial windows sync after installing the app. the above message appears when processing the contacts folder. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many time, but the same problem occurs. In addition when I re-start the initial sync process again for the calendar, Tasks and Notes I recive a ‘sync not completed’ message which asks me to ‘ see log for details’

I am running windows 7 sp1 and Office Professional 2003.

I have installed the windows client on my XP machine running Office Professional 2003 and the problem does not occur.

Please advise what further information I can provide to assist in the diagnosis.
